Mom and Dad came into town on Friday evening. We just hung-out on Friday night and grilled. On Saturday morning we grabbed breakfast at Sunny Point (everyone's favorite breakfast place) and headed up to the Blue Ridge Parkway to Graveyard Fields. We had a nice hike under beautiful weather. We went down to Lower Falls and then to Upper Falls. There are great views from there also. On the way back into Brevard we stopped at one of the only places that sells soft serve around here (crazy I know.) Ms. Olive got some for being such an Adventure Dog.
Later that day we went to Asheville for Shindig on The Green. There were dogs everywhere and even a Vizsla. The music was great and there were little impromptu jam sessions all over the park.
They are off to Chimney Rock today and I'll post more later.
